Meet the Founder

Hugh Allen “Trey” Brown III

Airshow Producer | FAA Air Boss | Industry Advocate

I’ve spent years working in the airshow industry from more than one side of the operation. As the founder and producer of the Sky High Aerospace Expo, I know firsthand how much planning, coordination, and attention to detail goes into bringing an airshow to life.

I also work as an FAA Air Boss at shows across the United States, which gives me the opportunity to work alongside performers, airport personnel, emergency services, FAA representatives, and event leadership during the operational side of an event.

Seeing airshows from both perspectives — as an organizer responsible for building the event and as an Air Boss helping execute it — showed me just how fragmented the planning process can become. Too much important information ends up scattered across spreadsheets, emails, documents, text messages, and separate systems.

That’s why I created AMP.

AMP is being built from real experience in this industry, with one goal in mind: to give airshow organizers a better way to manage the people, information, logistics, and details that keep an event moving.

Our Story

From a real need to a real solution.

AMP was born out of firsthand experience. After years of producing airshows and serving as an FAA Air Boss, I saw how complex event management had become — spreadsheets, scattered communication, and disconnected processes made the job harder than it needed to be.

I believed there had to be a better way. So I built it.

AMP brings together airports, performers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and internal teams into one streamlined platform designed specifically for airshows.
